JOYBOXCENTER (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by JOY BOX CENTER LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our users and content partners. We respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that material available on https://joyboxcenter.com/ infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must be in writing and must include the information listed in Section 2.

Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences. If you are unsure whether content is infringing, you may wish to seek independent legal advice before submitting a notice.

2. Required Information for a DMCA Notice

To submit a DMCA notice, please provide the following:

2.1 Identification of the copyrighted work Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (for example: image, text, artwork, design).

2.2 Identification of the infringing material Provide the URL(s) on JOYBOXCENTER where the allegedly infringing content appears. Please include specific page links (not the entire website).

2.3 Your contact information Provide information sufficient for us to contact you, such as:

Full name (or company name)
Mailing address
Phone number
Email address

2.4 Good-faith statement Include the following statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

2.5 Accuracy and authority statement (under penalty of perjury) Include the following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”

2.6 Signature Provide your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Counter-Notification (If You Believe Content Was Removed in Error)

If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
Your name, address, phone number, and email.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Kentucky if outside the U.S.).
Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, JOYBOXCENTER may disable or terminate access for users or partners who are repeatedly involved in copyright infringement.
