Simply writing “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION” or “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL” is not sufficient to activate the insurance. If the courier refuses to accept the specific reservation, you must refuse the package.
- In any case, contact us immediately and report the incident. Please keep the damaged packaging and provide us with photos of the visible damage. We will work to resolve the situation promptly and ensure you receive a replacement product or a refund.
