Order Processing (Handling Time)
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time (Transit Time)
- After processing, delivery typically takes 1–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
- Total estimated delivery time is 2–13 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.
Damaged Packages
- If you notice obvious damage to the packaging upon delivery (damaged package, missing or damaged products), you must accept the package with a specific reservation by writing on the courier’s document: “ACCEPTED WITH SPECIFIC RESERVE” and describe the issue. Simply writing “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION” or “ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION OF CONTROL” is not sufficient to activate the insurance. If the courier refuses to accept the specific reservation, you must refuse the package.
- In any case, contact us immediately and report the incident. Please keep the damaged packaging and provide us with photos of the visible damage. We will work to resolve the situation promptly and ensure you receive a replacement product or a refund.
